Order Procedure

If an order is placed before 12 pm (PST), the order will be processed within 1-3 business days as long as the styles ordered are in stock. 

Pre-Order/Backorder Procedure

Items listed as "pre-order" or "backorder" are items that are currently not in stock but that are expected to be available for purchase at a later date. The estimated availabilty date for pre-order and backorder items are displayed on the product page. The benefit of purchasing pre-order/backorder items is that you will secure your desired styles without the risk of them getting sold out. Please note: Unless requested in writing, we do not call or email before shipping pre-order and backorder items. We also do not charge any orders unless the products are ready to be shipped. If you would like to make any changes to your order, please contact our customer service, (213) 749-7801.

Order Cancelation Policy

(1) Pre-order and back-order items cannot be canceled.
(2) Any order cancelation request after the order has been shipped will result into a direct/flat restocking fee of 25% from your ordered item.
(3) If you request an order cancelation after 36 hours have passed since the moment you placed an order, your order cannot be canceled.
